The house is set well back from the road in a pleasant garden, with a large conservatory leading onto the lawn. There is enough space on the drive for residents or their visitors to park their cars. The house has seven rooms, each with en-suite bathroom, central heating, TV and telephone points. Each room is connected to a central alarm system, and each resident has a pendant or wrist-band for emergency use.
